My heart got captured by it ..... i am feeling so happy as i am here , there to witness this song ! lucky ME :)

This movie is having a duet song by Shaan and SHREYA GHOSHAL . The song is "haan yahi pyar hai" which is composed by the most talented duo Sajid-Wajid.

Its a very sweet song. Lovely initiating music. On 23rd sec Shaan sir started on. He was normal , neither too fast nor too slow. Loved his singing . On 1.37th min , SHREYA DI got in the song with her amazingly mesmerizing voice. The song is great from within. Its having a mild glow. The lyrics is great , some rhyming are there too.Music is superb.Its basically a love song. :)

In this movie SHREYA DI did the title track .."stupid pyar". The music director vipin patwa is itself there in the song.

The song doesn't run long but still within that time it can take you with it. The music started and i guess its a trumpet. On the 17th sec the male singer started slow . After 50th sec he increased his speed a bit. On 1.08th sec he totally transformed to rocking type with fast music and lyrics. Again the song came back to soft music for few seconds with the entry of SHREYA GHOSHAL on 1.51th min. She came with the soft part of the song. Amazing :) the song ends great ... !!

The song is really a rocking one. This is my first review of the song which is sung by SC n SG !! I am a very big fan of SHREYA DI , i love to play her songs only but still i must say Sunidhi mam is also very talented . Here i wont compare both but for me SHREYA DI is always at top, at great heights...

The songs starts with SHREYA DI singing . Just i felt its a kawali one for a second :) she carried the song till 18th sec and after that Sunidhi mam continued . The song continued with slow music till 37th sec and after that the music banged on , it came fast. Loved SHREYA DI singing in it . It has also got a classical touch in the middle , just for few seconds. Its a Bollywood type song :D The song ends up with clapping . I guess its a song being performed on the stage ...

This is again a kannada movie "lifeu ishetene" having a song "maayavi maayavi" sung by Sonu Nigam and SHREYA GHOSHAL and composed by Mano murthy sir.

Got a soft start. Initial music wasnt so impressing. SHREYA GHOSHAL starts on 37th sec soon after few seconds Sonu sir also joined her. This is a romantic love song , i guess. The song is good but still something is missing , i felt. I guess it didn't get a clear finish.Loved the pronunciation of "maayavi mayaavi" . It also got a sudden end . You will feel as if the song will continue but it ends.. I have expected HUGE but it wasn't on the basis of composition !!

I enjoyed the voice of our melody queen but expected a super good composition.

The last one is "aaj main ho gayi jawan" which is sung by Raghubir yadav,Rishikesh kamekar,Hamshika iyer,Ninad kamat and SHREYA GHOSHAL. This is a mad song , a comic one. Its the best one among all the three , totally totally different from other two. It starts with super catchy music , comedy types. Really mad composition, impressive. Every possible ways have been applied for making it comic. Its difficult to mention the parts where i felt it to be different as the whole song is different. Can it termed as "masti song " too .. SHREYA DI is having a lovely part in it, beautiful. She starts on 2.31st min and the moment she ends the song takes a deep turn. It stops for a while and then we get a break in the flowing melody. The music changes.It continues with a different music, its lovely too. I dont have more words to describe it further , so best is play it and experience the magic.

The song flows slowly with melody . Yes the song can be termed as "Beautiful" ,ofcourse. Marathi is also a very beautiful language and now its even more beautiful when we hear it from SHREYA DI though her voice. You can also hear a male voice coming up on 2.18th sec for a while but he dont have any lyrical contribution in the song. Overall i loved it.

Xfactor (VICTORY)

Geet sagar from Gwalior won the title of Xfactor India . He is a 27 years old guy who worked as RJ in Lemon 91.1 in Gwalior. He was in the team of SHREYA GHOSHAL . I congratulate both of you for your victory. Geet was the fav contestant of SHREYA DI, also he got so many hugs from our melody queen. She is a great mentor . :):):)

I was in my college when the show was on Sony. I regret for not watching it on when it was being aired still i saw it online after that. That night after when GEET was declared as winner , one of my friends called me up and said "congrats yaar" . I asked "for what??" he replied as "arey SHREYA DI won Xfactor" . . lolzz i was too happy that time as he didnt say "arey Geet won xfactor". rofl. Small joys :) But i knew it before as he was declared as the winner few days back from the day it was on TV.

This movie "love breakups zindegi" is having a nice song sung by SHREYA DI along with three other singers. The music is composed by Salim-Sulaiman. The music was launched on Oct 7. Almost all the cast and crew members were present along with SHREYA GHOSHAL , Sonu Nigam , Salim-sulaiman and Shraddha pandit. Javed Akhtar sir also attended and added glory to the function. SHREYA DI performed live .

Coming back to the review. The song is having a different kind of feel . Its sung by SHREYA GHOSHAL , Salim merchant , Sonu nigam and Shraddha pandit. This song is having a standard which can rarely be touched. The music is amazingly superb.It starts directly with Salim sir singing. I loved the pronunciation of "rakha" in "rad rakha" .On 25th sec Sonu sir continued with "ye khusi" and dragged the song further , beautifully.Its a slow and soft song. The song gives immense pleasure , i have felt. Also some English lyrics is included . On 2.02th min our melody queen grabbed the melodies. Awwww, i can say nothing more than this about her. The part sung by Shraddha pandit starts from 2.50th min, i guess it to be a sad part of the song. This part was in punjabi.  SHREYA DI came back on antra again with sonu nigam.Loved the harmony at the end, super.

You can find beautiful steps done by him. The song is maximum sung by the male singer still the female one is there in it which is a big thing . This one is specially composed for the purpose of dancing so intentionally dancing beats are introduced. The song is inspiring. SHREYA DI showed her super soft part of singing here. This Bollywood movie force is having a super beautiful song "main chali" in it directed by Harris jayaraj. I wasnt  in contact with internet when the song released . My friend brought it and played , i loved the moment when i caught it to be SHREYA DI singing that song , yayya. That was a joyful moment. Cant explain you what happened exactly , it will take more than half of the page ;) so lets step forward leaving it behind..

This song again took my heart. Its a playback but in real the lyrics totally fits SHREYA DI. Its a duet by Naresh Iyer and SHREYA GHOSHAL. The male singer starts the song, very beautifully. Real glory of the song came on 37th sec when the female singer starts with "main chali". It took me to another world. The voice is still echoing in my heart. Loved the sweetness and softness of her voice.I felt the fine vibration of her vocal cord.I felt the texture of her voice. Felt the feel, simply magic. The singing style of the male singer was totally different , he was a bit rocking and western in feel. All the soft parts were sung by SHREYA DI. The mixture of both tuff and soft voices gave a super powerful impact. The music is even more impressive . The impact of the song will stay with me forever.

This bangla movies is having two songs sung by our melody queen SHREYA GHOSHAL. The music is composed by Anupam roy. There is a duet and a solo , i expect these songs to be super hit.

The songs "je kota din" is a duet by SHREYA GHOSHAL and Saprishi Mukherjee. First half of the song , means exactly 50% was sung by the male singer . After that SHREYA DI continued till few minutes and then again it came out to be having the contribution of both. Its a slow and calm song. You cant sense when it starts and when it ends , a magical song. I suppose it to be a love song. Felt as if melody has been added to a love story. Loved the concept , composition and ofcourse singing. Hats off.

This songs is also devotional types. Little bit classical , i felt as. This is a song dedicated to LORD. The start was good as if some movie is gonna start , got the same feel for a while. The male singer starts first continued by SHREYA DI. The song was great .

May be this is a song sung in order to ask something from lord. As i dont understand the language , i can only guess. Coming to the composition and singing , its superb!!

In the mukhda Chitra ji was followed by SHREYA DI exactly with lyrics then they sang together. The music is good. Mostly dholak is used. At a point of time the song flow extremely slow with music. It seem to be a sad song.

pranayam - 2 songs

Hi everyone , i am back again to post about 2 Malayalam songs from the movie "pranayam" . SHREYA DI has sung two beautiful songs in this movie under the direction of M jayachandran . I always love this combo , it brings out magic every time. So lets see the type of magic they created together this time.

The first song is "Mazha thulli" which is a duet by SHREYA GHOSHAL and Vijay Yesudas . Loved the start , it was super duper . Watte composition , loved it . It was a very good combination of many different music instruments.I guess it started with mouth organ followed by whistling and then music continued further with a train horn effect. Every thing was just fabulous , this is the magic which happened. The horn effect took me to "kasto maza" though it wasn't that similar.The music continued up to 37th sec and on 38th sec the male singer got up on his vocals , he was good,clear and crisp. His voice on music gave a good impact.This tarck is too good , its a semi masti wala track :) , i feel, not sure.Our melody queen made a super nice entry to the song on 1.30th min. The renditions were uber awesome, SHREYA DI rocks. The language is a bit too complicated for a non malayalee to attempt but our melody queen even more blessed .A sense of oldies too came, but it was ok. Flawless singing by SHREYA DI , hats off !! Ended with a beautiful harmony. Overall ,fantastical singing and composition.

The next song is "paattil ee paattil" which is a solo. SHREYA DI ruled alone through out the song like a queen. Did proper justice to the song as she always do. I guess it to be a sad song , i dont understand the language still. Its a slow song , with all emotional music.I respect the talent of SHREYA DI , bow my head down. The song starts great with birds tweeting at the sea shore :) awesome effect . You feel as if you are there . I appreciate the music and the effects that project the song at a great height. Magical pronunciation of course. Many different types of instruments has been used with our melody queen's voice to make the song a most beautiful one.

This is a Bollywood movie , again . In this our melody queen is having a solo . The music is composed by Abhishek Ray beautifully. Now a days a new concept is on , in a film the total number of songs are shared between music directors and composed. You can find different composers for different  songs in a single film. I slightly disagree with it but yes we have too many composers coming up with their talent , so all must get a chance to prove themselves !!

Coming to the song , this is a masti song . A peppy track. Its full of energy including soft parts. Its sung in a different way (voice) , loved it. A little like in "sheher ki rani" :), a little . The song starts with dialogues after the music . The dialogues are there everywhere in the song , this is what i found which makes it different from other songs. On 32nd sec SHREYA DI started with "chini bhini" . The songs tells all about "zindegi" , life. This song reflects only the good  face of life. Some supporting male chorus also supported SHREYA DI with her vocals at some places. This song upgrades your senses and boosts you up with positive energy .It can change the way you accept your life , it can do a lot if you feel it. The song is well composed and amazingly sung. SHREYA DI is as usual sweet, in this song too . The songs ends with drum beats.

This "phhir" is a bollywood movie directed by Girish Dhamija. Its having a solo song by our melody queen - SHREYA GHOSHAL.The music is composed by Raghav Sachar.

The song "gumsum" is expected to be a sad and emotional number. The music with which the song starts is really a beauty . On 26th sec SHREYA DI starts with " gumsum hai dil " with a sad tone expressing sadness . It moves on slowly same as tears roll down your cheeks. Again in this i will appreciate the feel attached to it. This song is a fusion of talents , a result of meaningful reaction. The song is on repeat now , just WOW. Each and every word coming out from her vocal cord have something unique in them.This song is a gem. The antra was good and the ending was best .

Only love is a Nepali album by Basanta Chaudhary. This was released in the month of may but still the songs were not available. Its till not available for download , i think.  "Chhaechha Basant" is the title of the song. Its a solo. Its a slow song. The song starts slow with awesome music on flute and piano. SHREYA is not only melody queen she is queen of languages too, i loved her pronunciations in this. Nepali too she carried on with so much ease ! On 19th sec our melody queen starts singing , lovely feeling. Its a love song. It has got a classical touch on 1.11th min continued by tabla beats . I loved the rendering of "zooom zoooom zoooom zoooom" . The songs constitutes of feel and sense. It ends nicely after a short span music piece with various music instruments.

Its a Bangla movie "Uro chithi" , its BB not Blackberry. Lol it means Back to Bangla, haha. In this SHREYA DI is having 2 songs. One is solo and the other one is duet. Sohor ballad 1 is a duet and Sohor ballad 2 is a solo. The music is composed by Debajyoti Mishra.

The song "SOHOR BALLAD 1" is a duet by SHREYA GHOSHAL and Samantak Sinha.This song is also titled as "saradin honne haway" . As you might be knowing i have a keen affection towards Bengali songs by SHREYA DI, its her mother tongue. I find her even more sweet in singing these regional songs. So lets see what is there in it. 

This song (above one) starts with a sweet melodious humming by our melody queen and after some seconds the male singer starts slow and continues. Then after the short period drum beats the male singer accelerated and moved up to touch high notes then again came slow and soft.The song moves fast and sometimes slow, the pace is not constant.On 2.20th min SHREYA DI suddenly entered and carried on, i loved this part. I experienced the same thing in "khuda mere khuda" from "krantiveer". Beautiful song , lovely music , amazing composition and superb singing. SHREYA DI's voice is super gorgeous. Elegant singing. The song silently ends.

The second one is "SOHOR" or "sohor ballad 2" is also a nice song. Its a solo. I fell in deep love with the WAY she flows in this song, such a beauty . It will be difficult for me to explain . Hats off to the composer . Its a sad song and you can feel it too, the way she expressed is more than enough. I love this in SHREYA DI , the way she express everything through her singing , you dont need to see anything , hearing will be enough. The song reflects the worst part of life , worries , cries , death , sin , pray and many more. This song is in my favorites now. This song doesn't run long but it will make you feel what it says in that short period of time.It sometimes reminds me of the song "pal mein mila jahan" .

When harry tries to marry (Hollywood)

The movie is not fully Hollywood. Its between Hollywood and Bollywood. The India - American Nayan padrai directed this movie to be as a cross cultural comedy film. But the movie is more in Hollywood so we better call it as a Hollywood movie only. The movies is having many Indians and many Americans as crew.

The sound track of the motion picture features music by Sarah sharp. Siddharth Kashyap was the music producer of the Indian music and background sound composer. There are 20 songs in total sung by many different artists from India and outside India. One of the songs is sung by SHREYA DI as a duet with Rishikesh Karmekar.

The song "Aao nache gaye" is a duet as we know. This track is otherwise know to be "garba ki dhun" . A song nice to play, a slow song. A song of festivals, celebration , enjoyment. The song is a happy song, it can make you happy too. The start of the track was too slow and the end was fast. Mostly dhol is used in its music. Loved the composition equally as the singing, both superb. Up to 3.50th sec the song was in a slow pace then it continued fast with the dhol beats followed by the male singer singing his parts. The whole part before the Antra was sung by our melody queen and the Antra was sung together. So the maximum parts were having the sweetest voice with them throughout ! i am HAPPY, this song is a great creation !!

This "Bodyguard" is a Bollywood film having a duet song by SHREYA GHOSHAL and Rahat fateh ali khan sir. The movie is the most awaiting one, i am waiting for its release. The music is composed by Himesh .

The song "Teri Meri" is the song which i loved . Rahat sir is famous for his alap. The songs starts with the same after the music on 15th sec. The music was good when it started but i cant't tell you the instrument used, it was nice.Maybe its a violin Its an emotional romantic song. Our melody queen starts with "teri meri" on 32nd sec. The song is good to ears but still i wont rate it as the best . i would give it 3.9/5, for the music and 4.9/5 for singing . I cant explain you the full construction of the song , its complicated. Loved the line "teri meri meri teri" . Rahat sir was on high pitch and SHREYA DI was normal. The remixes are appreciable too.

Khap - 2 songs !!

Again Bollywood, i am seriously very happy to hear SHREYA DI in hindi in almost all new releasing movies. She did a great job in doing this , she did 101% justice to the songs . I am really proud that i am a SHREYA GHOSHAL fan . Each and every song of her take me to a different world. Its so difficult to express ,really.

In this movie "Khap" we have 2 songs by SHREYA DI among all the 8 songs :) The music of this film is given by Annujj Kappoo. The two of the songs by our melody queen are duets with Shaan. I love this combo too for romantic songs.There are two more songs which are part of errors, i got confused and downloaded those 2 songs but i felt it wasn't SHREYA , still i reviewed them and posted. But now i deleted them as i am confirmed that its not her. I am feeling sorry as i failed to be sure in recognizing the golden voice. I was in doubt , only this feeling making me a bit happy. I expect much more !!

The first song is "Dewaanagi" . Its a emotional duet song with a lots of feel and emotions overflowing . I loved this a lot, playing it on repeat.The songs starts with whistling , this is used often to initiate a song but not always. On 24th sec Shaan got the start smoothly with "deewanagi" and on 35th sec SHREYA DI got her chance. The harkatein taken by our melody queen were such a nice experience. Its having less emotions than the feel , which i guess i am right on my point of view.I love the part when both the singers render the word "Deewanagi". The song ends with the same as it started. A perfect duet , you all will love it for sure.

This is a kind of song which is sung just after when LOVE happens , lol. This song doesn't seem to be a modern song, i sensed something oldish oldish. This is a medium fast song. I am classifying it as if i am judging the speed of the ball by a bowler , sorry for that ;) I failed to point out anything new in it, its just a  bit more soft than other songs. There is very little space for breath as i felt. The start was really nice, SHREYA DI was singing with ease. If you play it then you can feel the best parts of the song which are getting difficult for me to explain. The effects and the singing on claps were nice parts. The song moved fast and sometimes slow.The lyrics was good too. Very little English was also used .Loved the ending more than the start , amazing. I hope you all will love to hear it.

This is again bollywood. I told you all that lots of Bollywood songs are yet to come. More are there too. In this movie SHREYA DI is having 2 songs , one solo and other one is a duet. The music is composed by Sanjeev Darshan.

The first song is "Mein Zameen pe hun" which is a solo song. The songs starts greatly. Lovely , romantic music. This is a very enjoyable song. In this the character tries share her happiness. The lyrics is sweet too , by Sameer. Loved the longest music piece over Guitar. Its a sweet song with rhyming lyrics. The song is in my favorites now. You can witness purity in sweetness of her voice.

So again we are back to Bollywood. This one is next to "singham" and many more Bollywood movies are to come in which we have the magical voice of SHREYA GHOSHAL.

In this movie she is having 2 songs , both of them are duets. The music is composed by the extremely talented SEL. They did a great job working with the music of this film. This film is having Amitabh Sir as one of the casts , which is the second reason why this movie will be special for me. I too love to see Deepika padukone on screen. The song "acche laagte hai" was made on demand of Deepika as she requested to have one romantic song in it.

The first song "acche laagte hai" which is a modern romantic song is a duet by Mohit Chauhan and SHREYA DI. The song is less as a song but more as a simple conversation between couple. The song reflects the love,emotions , masti , anger that the couples generally have. I would like to call it a modern song as it crossed all the barriers of staying within limitations for composing a song. The song starts with claps and taps which i found something new.The male singer started on 18th second. Here the male appreciates the female and as usual   she takes is more casual. I loved the line "seedhe point pe aao na" sung by our melody queen.I am really in love with the way she renders each and every line of her part in the song with perfect feel and sweetness. The male singer continues as he was but the female singer brought out many different ways of singing. She did every line with a different rendition.It doesn't run for more,ends soon. A worth listening song, perfect.

The next song is "kaun si dor" by SHREYA GHOSHAL and Pt. Channulal Mishra . This is a semi classical song. Loved this song, its having a deep meaning , you can understand it well if you listen it carefully. I didn't liked the chemistry of both voices much but still the song is at top. The background alaps were really nice. The male voice was slightly oldish and the female voice was young. As a semi classical song its having a great future. I wish it win hearts more than awards. SHREYA DI did a great job in it, hats off. !!

Back to kannada again. A song "karedaaga" in which SHREYA DI is having her contribution along with three other singers , Sonu Nigam,Rajesh,Reeta. The music is composed by Manohar and Abhimann roy.

The song is beautiful, it flows slow. The initial music is good, with some English lyrics.On 23rd sec the male singer started singing, i guess its Rajesh who just initialized and the song was continues by Sonu sir and then by SHREYA DI on 47th sec. After a while Reeta was the one who carried the song further with the English lyrics on, i guess. Rajesh did a good job with his singing and SHREYA DI did extremely well as usual. I just flow with the sweetness in her voice.Sonu sir got a very little part to sing , the female parts are mostly taken by our melody queen. The parts sung by Sonu sir is highly appreciable. Over all , its same as other composed songs , found nothing new except the concept of having 4 singers together but still its a lovely song. Do hear it.

Singham - SAATHIYAA

This is the most awaiting post for me, i was waiting for this day to write something about the song "Saathiya" from the day it released. I cant show you the love i have for this song,i played it many times.Hope i can explain you about the song .

There are only three songs in this movie and within that the most beautiful track "Sathiya" is sung by the most beautiful and most talented singer SHREYA GHOSHAL. Its a duet even if the male singer vocally contributed less. For me its like a solo.This music is directed by two brothers Ajay-Atul , the most famous music directors in Maharastra. They gave lots of good music to Marathi music industry and also SHREYA DI was awarded with a National Award a song composed by them. They too won the National Award for the same music.

Last day, on 28th i saw the movie "Singham" only for the song "saathiya" with less interest in the movie but liked it too. The movie is awesome. Must watch.

So back to the review. I am extremely happy as "Saathiya" got our queen's voice. The song is pure heaven. Its a love song, most beautiful song. This is a duet by Ajay Gogavale and SHREYA GHOSHAL. The composer too took part and contributed to the song,hats off.It starts with super romantic and soft music.The music piece on flute took my heart,its real heaven. Then our queen renders "Saathiya" , i just felt as if i am not on this earth. So beautiful, i don't have words to explain what i felt . Its a slow song. I love every part of the song, every sec every minute gave me pleasure. Its a simple song to hear , you cant point out any unique thing but still it sounds extraordinary. This is not a song, its a magic. There is a great meaning of the song .The male singer acted as a support.He supported her with alap in background and in some parts repeated the lyrics with her.This song occupied a big space in my heart , i closed the door of my heart and SAATHIYA is staying inside happily.It has got everything heart touching. I loved the three drum beats on 1.05th sec.Its a perfect love song. The lyrics by Swanand kirkire was also mind blowing .

Sihi Muthu - MAAYAVI

Kannada song again, now its a movie "Sihi muthu". In this our melody queen is having a single solo song. I just wish it to be the most beautiful song among all. Its music is given by V Harikrishna.

This song starts with western music with western feel too. This song is fully enjoyable. I always expect a song like "Gaganave Baagi" . This one is not as same still good. Loved the voice over the western music.The voice in this song is obviously sweet , lovely song. The use of drums ,electric guitar and so much of instruments were really worth. The use of traditional instruments like flute also made it even more more beautiful.Nothing to say more, just i loved the song very much. Its something different in it again :)

jogayya - 4 songs

This is a kannada track which is having 4 songs sung by SHREYA DI in forms of duets and solos. The music of this movie is given by V Harikrishna. I am too excited to post about it , i am really happy that maximum of the songs in this film is having SHREYA GHOSHAL's voice in it . So lets jump on to our main topic , reviewing.

The first song , Kuri kolina which is a trio by SHREYA GHOSHAL,Kailash kher and Vijay prakash.It starts with some funny lyrical music , then some western language is used with the music. The music is really really so beautiful, its something so nice to hear, something extraordinary, something different and also its not so difficult to point out , what's different. On 33rd  sec Vijay sir made a start , was really awesome. The song is based on some puja or something like that. Kailash sir made his start on 47th sec and for SHREYA DI it was 58th sec. She started so softly , awwwh so sweet vocally and lyrically too. "haan jee" inbetween was so sweet and a "kya ji" by our queen was even more sweet. The English lyrics was also used further.There were limited lines for our melody queen to sing .The ending was funny too. Overall the song is a huge hit. Its a positive result of the reactions between 3 voices,lovely.

The next song is "Jogaiah Baa" which is a solo with supporting singers.It has got a great start with the perfect voice. An emotional start she made. This is a very short song , we shouldn't call it a song too.The mukhda is sung by SHREYA DI continued by some English lyrics then the Antra contains lyrics like "bum bum bholenath" by chorus . Its predictable that this song is also based on something related to Upperwala.

This seems to be a serious song, cant guess anything more.The music is appreciable again.The songs starts with Sonu sir's alaap,nice one. The last one. Its "Odale" which is a duet by SHREYA DI and prem. Its a power pack song with some soft parts by the female singer. It has got a unique start.The male singer initiates with "odale" . On 47th sec, you get to hear SHREYA DI. The song also includes some conversations. The flow of the song has got a suddent change on 1.30th min where the fast flowing song suddenly falls to slow track with drum beats, i loved this. Hats off to the musician. Still the male singer was in his aggressive nature of singing. I still cant guess the concept behind this. I loved the song , its constructions.

Filmfare SOUTH !!

58th south India Filmfare awards ceremony was organised in Hyderabad. Our melody queen was a part of it that day, she attended it and fortunately she received two awards , she deserved them. This was a really beautiful  day for her and her fans too as we were all happy for this achievement.

The awards won were for "Unperao sollum" which is a Tamil song and for obviously the deserving "kizhakku poovkum" which is a Malayalam track.

Celebrating SHREYA GHOSHAL Day !!

Today is 26th June , Last year on this date our melody queen went to Ohio for a concert . There , this 26th June was declared as SHREYA GHOSHAL DAY. People living there follow this day, they love SHREYA DI a lot. This is the first time i am celebrating this special day here on my blog.

Many many congratulations to our most loving SHREYA DI for winning this "Vijay awards 2011" for the most award winning beautiful and sweet song "mannipaya" . This song has won many awards , this award is added to the list. I really wish that she receive many more awards . GOD BLESS YOU SHREYA DI!!

Apart from this A R Rahman sir got the award for best music director for the same film in which we have MANNIPAYA . 

X Factor !!

SHREYA GHOSHAL is presently judging the India's best reality singing show "X factor" along with Sanjay leela Bhanshali , who gave her a break and Sonu Nigam . The show started from 29th of may and will continue for few months. This show is different from other reality shows in many different aspects and grounds. Its totally different ! There are lots of this related to this X FACTOR , you need to search the net for all other infos . Such as interviews , program schedule , videos , photos etc. After every episode you could find something new on net regarding this . You can find the opinions and views of the judges and many more.

Secondly , i just want to say that i am super duper duper duper happy seeing SHEYA DI on television after a gap of few months. I saw her last on MKMM . I was in deep pains when the show ended , i just started praying to god to bring back SHREYA DI again on TV plzz and yes almighty is very kind.

It feels nice to see you , SHREYA DI. The way you comment , the way you advise , the way you ask questions , the way you get surprised , the way you concentrate on the song and many more is just WOW . You look super gorgeous . I just wish you get the contestants you are expecting !!

The ram-sakshi's serial "bade acche lagte hai" was launched in agra 26th may,2011. Our melody queen - SHREYA GHOSHAL recored the title track "bade acche lagte hain" for the serial. I am so happy for this, as we will get to hear that every time we switch on to sony. This theme music is composed by Lalit sen and Nawab Arzoo. This is a kannada track "ninnanne noduttha" from the movie "mr duplicate". This is a duet by SHREYA GHOSHAL and Sonu Nigam. Its composed by Mano murthy. Again i love this combo too, s-s-m combination, they will rock.Lets see.

Songs starts with Sonu sir's voice followed by romantic music and further continued by himself. SHREYA DI came on 33rd sec. Its a romantic track having two super romantic voices involved in it. Smoothly and softly sung. It gives pleasure. Love song it is, loved the softness of the song. SHREYA DI is always perfect , perfect duet it is. The song ends with lovely humming by our melody queen.Overall i loved it as i always do.

Back again to malayalam , i am so happy that we are getting to hear lots of regional tracks . This month almost we got tracks from all different languages , Bangla , Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam etc. Awesome. In this movie SHREYA DI has two songs , both are solos. Its composed by M jayachandran, as i said before i love this combo. So lets move ahead.

The first solo song "kannoram chingaram" sung by our melody queen. It starts with a slight and light music for a second and soon we got SHREYA DI on 4th sec. Slow song again. The songs doesn't run for long. Loved every part of this song though it wasn't understandable. Don't know what to say more on this, just fabulous , delightful.

These songs are very difficult to sing, as i feel. Mild music gave a glorious start followed by mesmerizing voice on 16th sec. Gorgeous voice , directly entered into my heart, lovely composition. I guess this to be a sad song. I cant explain you better what actually i am feeling about the song :( SHREYA DI is a real queen of all singers . Princess of music and melody.

In this movie our melody queen - SHREYA GHOSHAL has sung two songs. One is manwa and the othe one is teri seemayein . Both the tracks are solos and is composed by Raja Narayan Deb.I loved both the songs very much, they are something different.

The first song of this movies is "manwa" . The song has got a great start with a sargam, its super duper slow. You can clearly understand and feel each and every word perfectly and enjoy its sweetness. Extreme slowness is the thing which i love the most. SHREYA DI must have enjoyed a lot in singing this song , its so beautiful. I can feel the pure voice of our melody queen , the song is like a feather which is in air and slowly coming down. Its very sweet and lovely. Its having light backgroung musicI cant explain the internal construction of the song as i am not perfectly aware of some terms :( It ends so soon, i just wished it to continue forever , such a nice song. Hats off to SHREYA GHOSHAL, i bow my head , respect for you , you are great.

This "kaanamullal" is a malayalam track from the movie "salt n peeper" . The music is composed by Bijipal & Avial Band. In this movie SHREYA DI has sung the track as solo and duet, both. Its duet is with Renjith.

The son starts with super beautiful music on flute , loved this . Then the song starts slow by SHREYA GHOSHAL singing on 30th sec. Here i am talking about the solo, it flows softly and calmly. I just felt the song deeply , its sweetness is hidden inside. People generally doesn't love to play songs like this, they love rocking , peppy , bubbly tracks. But the real music and talent is there in this types of songs. I love such songs by SHREYA DI and want to thank her on giving us such precious master pieces. I loved the way how she stretched her voice for a bit long time on 2.38th min. It also ends with the same music it started with . I am sure you will like this song a lot !!!

The duet is also having the same lyrics with the same music , just the difference is that it is shared by another male singer. He has sung some parts of it along with SHREYA DI. :):):)

This is a slow song which maintains stability in its flow speed through out. Its really good to play this type of song just to know what is real music ! It starts with western kinda music for just few seconds then it gets back to normal Indian music continued by sonu sir singing from 29th sec, beautiful and magnificent singing :) I always love this combo , i prefer it the most. He starts moderately , softly keeping the notes constant, this continues for some more time followed by a music piece then he continues again. On 2.02th min our melody queen made a beautiful start , super soft singing, most beautiful . She continued for few seconds then again sonu sir got back to the track.I loved the music from 2.34th min , which included beats on drum combined with music on flute , lovely and romantic. Further it included beautiful humming by sonu sir and he only continued further. Again on 3.34th min SHREYA DI came back and brought back the original beauty of the track. The end was really superb , its by our melody queen. Maximum of the song is sung by Sonu sir but in antra both got equal opportunity to sing !!!

This is a romantic track, the music at starts has got a nice piece on guitar and flute, great. On 31th sec SHREYA DI started singing , then on 41th sec kunal sir joined her. I love the chemistry of these two voices , something super soothing. I loved some parts which were lil challenging to sing but our melody queen got 10 on 10. :) It flows medium fast , neither fast nor slow. Ends with nice music.

badrinath - CHIRANJEEVA

This is a Telugu track sung by SHREYA GHOSHAL ,revanth and geetha madhuri ,composed by M M Kreevani from the movie Badrinath. I am really looking forward for the movie to release as its having Allu Arjun and actress Tamanna, who has some resemblance with our SG. The song in this is really nice and wish the same for the movie too. So all my favs are working together in this :D

As i said before , the song is really nice . It starts with simple music followed by hip hop style music followed by geetha singing "chiranjeeva" , then the male singer continues from 42nd sec , hats off . Then on 1.01th min our melody queen got her chance. Its a semi rocking kind of song. All the three singers along with the composer constructed the song beautifully. Loved the effects used , like on 3.13rd sec, the echo effect for a while. Geetha has sung only that line "chiranjeeva" in the track at some places. On 4.02th sec the male singer continues singing which was fused with "chiranjeeva" sung by madhuri mam keeping it in background. Loved it totally !!!

This is a malayalam song "chembarathi" from the movie "manikyakallu" sung by SHREYA GHOSHAL and Ravishankar. And its composed by M jayachandran. Malayalam is the most difficult language for others to pronounce, still you can never sense that its sung by a non malayali singer. I appreciate and respect the talent SHREYA DI is having in her, big salute to her .

This song is a bit fast , its not a slow kinda song. The song starts in a hurry :P the music reflects such ! The first line after the music was cute , which was sung by our melody queen on 4th sec . Again on 25th sec she started with "chembarathi kammalittu" . On 53rd sec the male singer continues . Music was good , singing was great. I loved the way how the voice of SHREYA DI was fixed in background with the music on 2.34th min , something new i pointed out :)

back to Bangla, yayya :D i love bengali songs and love to post about them. Our melody queen is bengali still she did and is doing songs in many other different languages , this is what we call talent :) She does every song perfectly, miss perfect she is :D. The song "jhiri jhiri" is a banlga song from the movie bhorer alo sung by SHREYA GHOSHAL and Nachiketa. And composed by jeet Ganguly .

I played this track a lot before posting about it , i think may be 15-20 times. I generally post listening the song few times , and thats the reason i am quite weak in describing the beauty of the song more beautifully. But believe me , the songs are even more beautiful than what i post about them here. You can really feel the presence of X-factor in SHREYA DI , i feel it too. I just try my best to keep you all updated here with a small and simple description of the song. Hope you all like what i do , i just love doing that so i do it !

The song is sweet, i would keep it in the category of "sweetest song" . Its flows slow like cool breeze flowing in summer :) Its makes you hypnotized with its tunes and the voice it has. I just fell in love with it. The music was really lovely , on 41th sec our melody queen starts with "jhiri jhiri" , i am really speechless , don't know what to say , just FABULOUS . The male singer made his start on 1.14th min , he was also good. Maximum in this track is sung by the female singer and the male singer just acted as supporting singer. It makes me feel fresh whenever i play it, thats the magic of the song. It ends with the voice of the female singer, nice ending too !
