I am slightly confused on.. is this movie having only one song which is having two different versions?? Both the versions are almost same, very hard to find even a slight difference without hearing it carefullymore than once. The first one is a duet by mika and SG and the reprise one is a duet by aman and SG.

This one is a dancing number. This will automatically take you off to dance. Atleast you will surely shake you head with its beats. A composition so better and best. Singing up above the level .The song starts with a unique music followed by singing. At first it started slow then it went fast. SHREYA DI was extremely fast and sings in one breath.The antra becomes even more fast with the music after a dialogue "aae matki foord re". I am in love with the song. Hats off to the composer. Well directed and well sung song. Hats off to the whole team.

This song proves the versatility of our melody queen. Its a different kind of song and full justice has been done. The male singer had very less part in this track still he was awesome.Loved antra ,the most. Hats off SHREYA DI !!

This one is a solo "khayalaon mein" and my fav song in this movie. This song is having a unique flavor. Its soft tunes tears out my heart . I just close my eyes and feel the song . I played this song many many time after i downloaded it. This song is sung in remembrance of someone . Its a sad romantic track. Beautiful song , very beautifully composed !!

SHREYA DI won kerela state film awards 2011 for two songs . One is kannoram chingaram from the movie Rathinirvedam and for another song which is Kannodu Kannoram from the movie veeraputhran ..

many many congratulation to SHREYA DI again..i guess she need to have one big place to keep all her awards , there are so many :) now she is getting 2 or more than 2 awards on each occasion. I salute her dedication :)

I suppose there are three versions of this song . One is a solo by k.k , another one is a duet by k.k and some other female artist and another is duet by SHREYA DI & k.k. The song which is in the movie isn't sung by our melody queen. I was in doubt for a lots of days , was confused that is it SHREYA DI ?? I believe to my ears , not what they write. I found a very different tone so i guessed it can't be SHREYA DI. But i supposed that its a trio as i again guess it to be SHREYA DI after 4 min 06 sec. Don't know exactly :/ :(

Anyway , the version is available on youtube and nowhere else , not even in sites and even you can't find it in original track cds . Don't know why this rubbish happens, don't know whether intentionally done or its carelessness. The one which is in the movie is also sung very beautifully by both the artists.

SG version is super awesome , its slightly different from the track released officially.Frankly its better. Its totally SHREYAissshhh :) lil lil alaaps are there in the beginning which make the song more beautiful. I love the last stretch in her voice which went to high scale smoothly , hats off :) The parts of antra is sung by both the singers together .

The entire song ends up with a limited lyrics which is "suno suno sawaren ki bansi hai bajee" and a lil more. Overall i loved the song :)

The second one is a moody song. A fast one. It flows fast , a perfect duet as both the singers got equal parts to sing. The song describes some kind of happiness , festival or something.The song is dedicated to lord. It can also be called as a devotional song too. The song is stable , maintains its stability through out . Never went too fast or too slow. Altogether its a nice composed and nice sung song. Hats off !!

filmfare awards(SOUTH) - hattrick

Its just magical to say , SHREYA GHOSHAL won 3 filmfare awards . Hmmm not magical though as it can surely happen even without a magic due to her dedication and pure involvement in music. She is the only one in India who won maximum awards in music industry among females, i guess. I am very very happy to see her with these three awards for three different songs in three different languages.

She won "Malayalam filmfare award" for the song "paatil e paatil" from the movie "pranayam".
She again won "kannada filmfare award" for the song "gaganaave baagi" from the movie "sanju weds geetha".
Yet again , she received another "telugu filmfare award" for the song "jagadhannadha" from the movie "sri rama rajyam"

I always mentioned about the song "gaganave baagi" where ever i needed to explain about purity and perfection. The song which i love the most among all kannada song won an award atlast, i am extremely happy for this . SHREYA DI is only the one who can make it possible as i feel.

The kochi times film award 2011

Again , yet again , our melody queen SHREYA GHOSHAL won "the kochi times film awards 2011" for the song "paatil ee paatil" from the movie "pranayama" , its a malayalam movie.

I am just so happy that she got 3 south indian awards in continuation This proves that she is also the queen of languages. "Hyderabad award" for telugu songs , "bangalore award" for kannada songs and "kochi award" for malayalam songs. The one which she missed is " The chennai times film award 2011" which was for tamil songs. Still not to regret for this.

I congratulate SHREYA DI again for winning all these three awards !!

Again an award bagged by SHREYA DI . Its the bangalore times film award 2011 which she got for the song "sanju mattu geetha" from the movie "sanju weds geetha" . All the other songs in this movie are also hilarious , i loved "gaganave baagi" the most :)

iifa 2012 nominations !! :)

Two most beautiful songs sung by SHREYA GHOSHAL has been nominated for IIFA 2012 , which is one of the most prestigious awards in music as well as film industry.
The songs "Teri meri" from "bodyguard" and "ooh lala" from "dirty picture" are too too lucky for getting SHREYA DI's voice and nomination in IIFA. :)

The song starts with a sher and pulled forward with a reply, with a sher back in female voice and the song continues. I again felt the sweetness in SHREYA DI's voice which again gave me goosebumps . Seriously , there is something different in her voice. The purity , the essence ...ahh. At the end the background alaap was amazing.

I love this song a lot in this movie. When i got both of the songs , i played this one many many times. I felt some happiness in it. Its having "english" lyrics too. The very first song "manva" is simply amazing . I can say its a FOOD song... lol. A song in which arjun's masti time is well described,i guess. Swanand did a fantastic job in it. The song starts with music on dholak and soon after that loved the male part, lovely. Sung so well. The song kept on flowing and again the male singer took it forward. I just noticed the variations in voice of male singer , confused whether its only swanand :/ I loved the flow of the song , was fantastic. I was just giving small jerks to my body while listening. SHREYA DI came in the track on 2.19th min with a sweet sargam. I loved that part when she just stopped the sargam and sang the next line , awesome. She was sweetest in her voice. And then again the male singer took over and continued till the end. Little disappointed as SHREYA DI has got a less than 1 min part in it.

The next song " Kabhi na dekhe hastinapur mein" is duet again . The name itself seems interesting . It starts with a peculiar kind of music. This song can also represent SHREYA DI's versatility. Loved the dialogues , just fantastic. Overall i loved it :)

Rowdiness was totally visible in female voice. This can also be an example for her versatility.

The second song is very sweet. Kumar sanu came back after a long long time , so we are glad he is back .The song directly starts with the lyrics. I loved the line "baja re baja re baaand baja" ;) The antras were with male voice i.e sanu sir. The song is awesome.

The 3rd songs is also a good one. Got its start with a lovely music. Its a different kind of song , felt it but unable to express.

The last song is a solo. This song also have something special in it. This is a slow kind of song.

The first song "naina re" is the most beautiful and most romantic song in this movie. SHREYA DI starts the song softly and slowly. The Himesh sir took on the vocals and continued with the song giving some higher and lower scales. I am really very happy and i feel really great to witness such purity in her voice, i find myself very lucky. Emotions being conveyed can clearly be identified. Felt the song and can came with a conclusion that the song can percolate in anybody's heart easily !! :) Rahat sir had a few parts to sing such as that "naina re" part . It was not too easy to spot out who is actually singing among the males at one go without clearly listening it.

The next song "Lagan lagi more piya" is also very beautiful still its just below "naina re" . The song directly starts with male voice in high scale , slow again. Music is really nice. Seems to be a semi classical song. The end was super hit , an end with an alaap.

The title songs seem to be very awesome. The song is inspiring , just felt as if its trying to convey some message, it isn't true. Just felt. The song started slow with music and slow came on to male voice. Loved the lyrics. The antra was sung by SHREYA DI . This part was really superb , beautiful , magnificent. There is still a little disappointment that she had a very little part in the song.

The next song "jhalla wallah" is a very different kind of song. Again i am glad that everyone will again get a live chance to witness the versatility SHREYA DI is having from within. I dont know how to describe it exactly , i can just say its semi qwaali ;) The song starts extremely slow. The effects placed in between are worth listening . The harkat which SHREYA DI was taking were really too difficult . The way she did this song is the part which took my heart with it. The way she sang , the accent etc You can only get what i meant if you yourself play the song. A very different kind of song it is , a modern kwaali. The dialogues delivered were also too sexy.

The song started with slow music included with a sweet humming by SHREYA DI which continued up to 36 sec. And after 18th sec the music jumped on to faster track. The song is slow . Both the voice involved in it are too soft and sensible. I loved the song still i can say it could have been more better . :)

This song TERE BINA is having 3 versions in total one is a solo by Rahat sir , another is a male version by Shaan and one which i loved the most is the female version by our melody queen SHREYA DI. The song is great , the lyrics is superb and the voice in it is uber awesome !! The song is too sweet, lovely start. The music was catchy and modern which continued up to 44th sec. After that SHREYA DI started softly with "tere bina" . The song is having a lot of pain , in simple "dard bhara geet". In my views she did it better than both the male versions , exactly same still above. The harkats in the songs were really nice. I just want to give a salute to saying "kya baat,kya baat,kya baat" . It just came out like an old song , the feelings , music and all made it so beautiful.

This is a semi comic and slightly romantic type of song ;) I called it semi comic due to the use of funny effects . The song is on love expressed in a different way which i found funny in the song, not exactly funny but it can bring a big smile on your face. It has got a good start with Shaan starting soon after the music. It is all about proposals , acceptance and love. On 50th sec our melody queen gave a good start to her part of the song. It includes English lyrics too . Overall i found the song to be good.

This is a romantic number.The song starts with mild music, slow. The music continues for few more seconds and on 35th sec SHREYA DI gave a sweetest start to the song. I loved the lyrics . The song flows at a constant flow for a few more seconds and then on 1.10th min it deviates from that flow and enters into a new form. I also loved the rendering of the word "Raabta" , particularly that. The other two singers were just supports to the song . The song is very sweet . The most i loved is the flow of voice with the music , awesome .

The song is having three more versions , which are sung by hamshika and arjit . But the one sung by SHREYA DI is the best among those , no doubt.
